Service Description

Families are the foundation for our sense of self, and sense of well-being; but if inharmonious, families can also become a significant source of distress. A supportive family system is flexible and dynamic, shifting to meet the ever-changing needs of each individual. Perhaps a recent change of circumstance, external stressors, or an expected life-cycle transition has brought discord into the family system. And it may not be clear what further changes would bring the family back into alignment. Having a safe, neutral space to explore the current dynamics, and to voice and listen to each member's experience may help bring insight and healing. Cancelation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellation policies are used in health care practices not only out of respect for our time, but also to encourage a commitment to the process of therapy. It’s not easy to show up, to be vulnerable and do that hard work. Often times you just might not feel like showing up. A firm cancellation policy helps keep therapy moving forward, and out of the whims of the parts that don’t want to ‘do the work’. Of course, emergencies and other understandable circumstances cannot be avoided. I get that --sometimes life gets the best of me too. Reach out and I’ll make sure you’re not charged for a missed session.
