Guiding You on the Path of Self-Healing

WHAT TO EXPECT
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Wherever you currently find yourself, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In session, I use IFS to promote cognitive and behavioral transformation by considering distress as part of a larger whole. I utilize an accepting, supportive environment to help regulate negative emotions, and to promote neuroplasticity & lasting change.

Life is not what it's supposed to be.
It's what it is.
The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.
Virginia Satir
GET TO KNOW ME
I do this work because I believe that every individual, couple, and family holds not only the potential, but the inevitability of growth and transformation. I completed my graduate studies in Spirituality and Counseling from Saint Paul University, with a certificate in Couple and Family Therapy. After studying my BA in philosophy, I learned the importance of moving out of an intellectual understanding of the world, into a more nuanced, lived-experience of being human. Through yoga teaching training, Vipassana meditation retreats, and some world travels, I embarked upon my lifetime’s work of discovering and creating a personal notion of ‘how best to live.’ This led me to share intentional spaces and presence with others inspired to navigate and shape their own healing.

It doesn’t matter what’s holding you back.
What matters are your beliefs about moving forward
& creating something meaningful out of whatever suffering brought you here.
